Turkey Traditional White or Bronze? - Bronze turkeys are dark feathered and have a slightly more gamy flavour, the meat is a shade darker than a Traditional White turkey, our turkeys are all grown on the same wheat based diet with no growth promoters or antibiotics, all our turkeys are free range.

Goose - If you fancy a goose for a change this Christmas remember that the biggest goose will feed between 8-10 people. A lot of our customers want to celebrate New Year with a goose. This year we will have fresh geese available for 30th December, you will need to order before Christmas.
