
Paul and Sue’s passion for poultry began in 1990 with small flock of Christmas Turkeys. The farm has since grown into the biggest free range poultry farm on the Isle of Wight, with Free Range Duck, Chicken, and Eggs available year round and Turkey and Goose available at Christmas. Paul and Sue’s son Richard is at the helm organising weekly deliveries to local pubs, restaurants, and businesses across the island, including eggs to many of the Islands small shops such as the Co-Ops.
Poultry can be bought directly from Sue at the Farmers Markets in Newport and Ryde, and from Richard’s wife Beth, in the Farm Shop in Godshill. You can also order online at www.brownriggfarmmeats.co.uk and have your meat delivered direct from the farm to your door. The Brownrigg family’s commitment to quality home grown meat doesn’t stop with their passion for poultry, they also are an outlet for their own Brownrigg Lamb and Ruby Red Devonshire Beef, and Isle of Wight Bacon Company Pork.
